If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer,  you may receive the following message: "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options." Click on the option to "Allow Blocked Content." Click "Yes" on the security warning window. This will allow the booklet to load for you to read.
